Il Ritmo di New York

Thomas Noesner, il nostro Direttore della fotografia, era a New York per il lancio di una Mercedes. Dopo il lavoro, ha preso la macchina fotografica ed è andato a passeggio per le strade affollate della "City". " Durante la proiezione delle immagini di un batterista nella stazione metropolitana, ho avuto l'idea di creare un "remix" della sequenza registrata della batteria per usarla come colonna sonora del film. In quel momento è entrato in gioco il nostro sound designer Toussaint. Noi abbiamo semplicemente composto una traccia attorno al tamburo di questo ragazzo. Alcune delle clip sono state utilizzate anche per i titoli d'apertura di " World War Z" di Brad Pitt. Quindi guarda e ascolta Il Colpo di Tamburo a New York!

Thomas Noesner, our DoP, was in New York for a Mercedes shoot. Right after the job, he took his camera and strolled through the bustling streets of „The City“. While screening the pictures of a drummer in the tube station, I had the idea of creating a „remix“ of the recorded drum sequence to use it as a soundtrack for the film. That´s when our sounddesigner Toussaint came into play... We simply composed a track around the drum beat of this guy. Some of the clips have also been used for the opening titles of Brad Pitt's "World War Z". So watch and listen to The Beat of New York!
