The development in this part of town on the waterfront is amazing for the community and visitors, both kids and grownups. Manhattan skyline views are simply fantastic. If you’re a photographer or enjoy taking pictures, get your camera ready. Also, at this part of the park is this is where you can catch the ferry and go straight to 34th street in Midtown Manhattan.

There's playgrounds for your kids and playgrounds for your dogs. You will also find a variety of food vendors over here so if you need a quick bite to eat it’s easy. If you rather would like a restaurant or bar, just walk two blocks towards Jackson Avenue and you will have plenty of options for all tastes. Some of these bars and restaurants are among the coolest spots in town.

sunsets are one of the best things that kids will enjoy here, i guess ;) Photo: @Lucascompan

Sunsets are breathtaking from this park. No words to describe them. The colors at the sky, the golden tone invading the atmosphere, then the city lights take place like a ballet of bright dots at the skyscrapers emerging from the dark. It’s a must-do experience.
